For organisations

Posting a vacancy here is free, and so is everything else. No packages, no payment and no credits, for organisations or for candidates.

Who can post

Any INGO, UN agency, NGO or other organisation recruiting for development or humanitarian work in Nepal, whether for staff, consultants, interns or volunteers.

How to start

  1. Sign in

With Google or LinkedIn, so there is no password to create. Use your work account if you have one: it is how we can tell the request really comes from your organisation.

  2. Ask to post

Send us a request and name the organisation you recruit for. A person checks every request and sets your account up. You only do this once.

  3. Post your vacancies

One form for each vacancy. Every vacancy is checked before it goes live, and you can follow each one from your employer dashboard.

Already advertising somewhere else?

If your vacancies are on your own website, or on a recruitment system such as Workday, SmartRecruiters or BambooHR, we may be able to collect them from there, so each one you publish appears here without anybody posting it twice. Send us a request with the address of your careers page and we will look at it.

What we check, and what we never do

A person reads every vacancy before it is published. Applications go to you, through whatever address or link you give on the vacancy, and never pass through us.

Candidates never pay anything here, and any advert that asks them for money is taken down. Your vacancy closes on the closing date you give, and stays readable afterwards marked as closed, so an old link still leads somewhere.

Your organisation's page

Every organisation that advertises here has a page with its open vacancies and the ones it advertised before, and candidates can ask for an email whenever you post. Find yours in the list of organisations. If yours is missing something or has something wrong, tell us from that page.
